1. About These Terms
These terms and conditions govern your use of the Mealzinha website and our meal ordering services. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Ordering
Orders must be placed before the weekly cutoff (Thursday 11:59 PM AEST). Orders placed after the cutoff will be processed the following week. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Prices may change without notice. Volume discounts apply based on the number of meals ordered. Payment is required at the time of ordering.
4. Delivery & Pickup
Deliveries are made every Sunday afternoon to eligible Gold Coast suburbs. Delivery fees apply based on your zone. Free pickup is available in Pimpama on Sunday. We are not responsible for meals left unattended after delivery.
5. Allergies & Dietary Information
While we provide dietary information and allergen details for each dish, our kitchen handles common allergens including gluten, dairy, soy, and nuts. We cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment. If you have severe allergies, please contact us before ordering.
6. Refunds & Cancellations
Orders may be modified or cancelled before the Thursday 11:59 PM cutoff by contacting us via WhatsApp. Refunds for quality issues will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns.
7. Food Safety
All meals are prepared in a home-based commercial kitchen following food safety standards. Meals should be refrigerated promptly upon receipt and consumed within 5 days, or frozen for up to 3 months. Always reheat thoroughly before eating.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, our liability for any claim related to our products or services is limited to the amount paid for the affected order.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
