When do I need to order by?
Orders close every Thursday at 10 PM AEST. Meals are prepared fresh on Monday.
When are meals delivered?
Deliveries leave from Burleigh Heads every Monday from 3 PM. Pickup is available on Monday in Burleigh Heads at 3 PM-4 PM.
Can I swap the protein?
Yes! You can swap any protein for tofu or chickpea meatball at no extra cost.
How long do the meals last?
Meals stay fresh in the fridge for up to 5 days, or you can freeze them for up to 3 months.
What are the portion sizes?
Each meal is approximately 500g — a generous, complete serving.
How should I reheat my meal?
Microwave for 3-4 minutes. Remove the lid before heating. The container is not oven safe.
Do you cater for dietary requirements?
Many of our dishes are naturally gluten-free and dairy-free. Eligible dishes can also swap protein for vegan options like tofu or chickpea meatball. Check each dish for dietary tags and can-be-made labels.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver across the Gold Coast in three zones: North GC 4209–4212 ($7.00), Central 4214–4219 ($7.00), and South GC 4220–4223 ($7.00). Free pickup is available in Burleigh Heads.
Can I change or cancel my order?
You can modify or cancel your order any time before the Thursday 10 PM cutoff. Just send us a message on WhatsApp.
Do you have a minimum order?
There's no minimum order, but you save more when you order more — $14.50 each for 5-9 meals and $14.00 each for 10 or more.
